WVMHA uses GrayJay for registration and communications. Once registration is closed and 

the ice schedule is finalized, you will be able to see the schedule, send messages and set your 

players availability all in the GrayJay app. Create a grayjaypay account here:

The app can be downloaded through the app store on both android and apple devices. 

Hockey Canada Registration & RIS 

Western Valley Minor Hockey in Nova Scotia is governed by Hockey Canada. 

The Respect In Sport course is mandatory for all minor hockey parents/guardians. 

Completion of this course will generate a Hockey ID # required for further registration within 

Western Valley Minor Hockey (Or any Hockey Canada sanctioned association). There is a one 

time fee for this course. ?

New Account Creation in Hockey Canada 

Create a Hockey Canada (HCR 3.0) account here: https://hcr3.hockeycanada.ca/ 

Once the RIS Parent course is completed you can search for your child in HCR after logging in 

and then link their profile to your account.
